In the thermal park it is forbidden to bring large dogs, small ones are allowed in the special carriers.
The blood tests and Covid-19 swabs are carried out without reservation; delivery usually takes place 24 hours after pickup. The hours of the laboratory may be subject to changes.
Open for molecular and rapid swabs from 7.30 to 10.00; from 10.00 to 12.00 for quick tampons.

The quality system of Terme di Chianciano is certified UNI-EN 9001: 2015 for the provision of hydroponic thermal treatments,
inhalations, muds and baths, physiokinesis, aesthetic medicine, clinical analysis laboratory.
Starting from May 1st 2022, the Green pass is no longer required to access the facilities, thermal baths, spas, bars and restaurants.
Guests are not obliged to wear a mask which is simply recommended and remains for the spa operators who carry out treatments on the person.
Furthermore, the masks remain mandatory throughout the healthcare sector for operators and users.
