Inhalatory treatment Terme di Chianciano
This treatment is indicated for all chronic diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tracts, chronic atrophic conditions (rhinitis, pharyngitis and laryngitis) and catarrhal mucopurulent conditions. The sessions last 10 minutes each.
This therapy can be provided in accordance with special arrangements with the National Health Service.
Aerosol treatment
Aerosol treatment is indicated for all chronic diseases such as rhinitis, rhinosinusitis, rhinopharyngitis, pharyngolaryngitis and tracheobronchitis. According to the area to be treated, the treatment may be carried out by mask, forks or mouthpiece.
The sessions last 10 minutes each.
This therapy can be provided in accordance with special arrangements with the National Health Service.
Micronized nasal douches
These nasal douches are indicated for rhinitis, chronic rhinosinusitis and chronic rhinopharyngitis. The sessions last 10 minutes each. By means of this technique, in-depth thermal water contact even with the ethmoidal labyrinth is obtained, enabling fluidification of the meati themselves (i.e. the cavities enabling contact between the nasal cavities and the paranasal sinuses).
This therapy is not provided on the basis of special arrangements with the National Health Service.
Group nebulization (humage)
Indicated for chronic diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tracts, this technique entails inhalation of thermal gas (a mist consisting in particles of water of various sizes). The gas spreads within a nebulization chamber. The sessions last 15-30 minutes each. This therapy is not provided on the basis of special arrangements with the National Health Service.
