Theia, “she who shines from afar”, was Selene’s mother in Etruscan mythology and the newest thermal pools are named after her. Four outdoor and three indoor pools, connected to each other for over 500 square meters, fed in a continuous cycle from thermal water of the Sillene spring, whose beneficial properties were known from the times of the Etruscans and Romans.
With water jets and whirlpools, they are equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, they have a free Wi-Fi connection and you can access the complex directly without a reservation. On reservation you can use the wellness center with sauna, turkish bath, rasul, relaxation area, emotional showers and cold shower.
The bar restaurant offers a wide variety of cold and hot dishes, also inspired by the typical Tuscan cuisine. There are various entry ticket options, from daily entrances, four hour entry tickets, and discounts for families.
Indoor pools
The pool area is furnished with deck chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs and a bar is in operation which also offers catering with cold and hot dishes. Inside there is a swimming pool with hot / cold Kneipp path beneficial for the circulation of the lower limbs including the lymphatic one.
Inside, next to the children’s pool there is a real wellness center for the little ones between 6 and 12 years old, where the temperatures of the dry cave and the wet cave are suitable for young spa users. There is also an adjacent family wellness center with sauna, rasul, Finnish shower and emotional showers with a large relaxation area.
Outdoor pools
All the outdoor pools are equipped with water games, whirlpools with loungers, “swan necks” for cervical water jets, seats.
The water temperature of the pools is between 33 degrees and 36 degrees, so even the outdoor pools, including the infinity pool, dedicated to families and children, can be used in all seasons to enjoy the large green park with typical vegetation Tuscan, furnished with umbrellas and deck chairs.
